Description

Air Fryer Pepperoni Rolls are golden, crispy pizza dough filled with melty mozzarella cheese and savory pepperoni, cooked quickly in the air fryer for a delicious snack, appetizer, or easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into 8 equal rectangles.
  4. Place 3 slices of pepperoni and about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella onto each rectangle.
  5. Roll up each piece tightly, pinching the seams and ends to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan evenly over each roll.
  8. Place rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  9. Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Remove carefully and allow to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
