A hearty bacon cheeseburger burrito packed with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and classic burger flavors wrapped in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned.
- Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Drain excess fat and stir in crumbled bacon.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise evenly on each tortilla.
- Add beef and bacon mixture to the center of each tortilla.
- Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold sides and roll tightly into burritos.
- Optionally grill burritos in a pan until golden and cheese is melted.

- Add pickles for an authentic cheeseburger flavor.
