  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  2. Place flank steak in a resealable bag or dish and pour marinade over it.
  3. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat grill or oven broiler to high heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade and grill or broil for 5–6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
