Description

A hearty breakfast pizza made with flaky biscuits, creamy sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, and melted cheese—perfect for a crowd-pleasing morning or brunch dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough pieces and press them together to form a crust on the pan.
  3. Bake the biscuit crust for 8–10 minutes until lightly set.
  4. Meanwhile, cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the sausage, stir well, and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened into gravy. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. In a separate pan, scramble eggs in butter until just set.
  8. Spread sausage gravy evenly over the partially baked crust.
  9. Top with scrambled eggs and shredded cheeses.
  10. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Garnish with green onions if desired, slice, and serve warm.
