A hearty breakfast pizza made with flaky biscuits, creamy sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, and melted cheese—perfect for a crowd-pleasing morning or brunch dish.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or Colby-Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Flatten biscuit dough pieces and press them together to form a crust on the pan.
- Bake the biscuit crust for 8–10 minutes until lightly set.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Sprinkle flour over the sausage, stir well, and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened into gravy. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, scramble eggs in butter until just set.
- Spread sausage gravy evenly over the partially baked crust.
- Top with scrambled eggs and shredded cheeses.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions if desired, slice, and serve warm.

- Use spicy sausage for extra flavor.
