Ingredients
- 500 g boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions

- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan and sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan.
- Add oyster sauce, chicken broth, sugar, and the remaining black pepper.
- Stir everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Taste and adjust salt if needed, then serve hot.
Notes
- Freshly ground black pepper gives the best flavor for this dish.
- You can add mushrooms or broccoli for extra vegetables.
- Serve with steamed rice or fried rice.
