Ingredients
- 2 large apples, thinly sliced
- 2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or peanuts
- 1/4 cup crushed pretzels (optional)
- Sea salt flakes, for garnish
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange apple slices in a single layer on the parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate evenly over apple slices.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts, pretzels, and sea salt.
- Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes, until chocolate is set.
- Break into pieces and serve immediately.
