Description
Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers are juicy chicken patties flavored with ranch seasoning and sharp cheddar cheese, grilled or pan-seared to perfection and served as a satisfying homemade burger.
Ingredients
- 500 g ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Optional ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, ranch seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Toast burger buns lightly if desired.
- Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns with lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Avoid overmixing to keep burgers juicy.
- Can be grilled or pan-fried.
- Internal temperature should reach 74°C (165°F).
