Description

Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers are juicy chicken patties flavored with ranch seasoning and sharp cheddar cheese, grilled or pan-seared to perfection and served as a satisfying homemade burger.


Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Optional ranch dressing for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, ranch seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  6. Toast burger buns lightly if desired.
  7. Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns with lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing.
  8. Serve hot.
