Description

Cheesy Beef Rotini Pasta is a comforting, family-friendly dish made with tender rotini pasta, savory ground beef, rich tomato sauce, and melted cheese for a hearty and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (24 oz) marinara or tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and sauté until softened.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  6. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
  8. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  9. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  10. Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
  • Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
