A hearty and flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender potatoes, smoky sausage, melted cheese, and ranch seasoning for a comforting family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 2 lbs russet potatoes, diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes evenly on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and golden.
  4. Add smoked sausage slices to the baking sheet and bake for another 10-12 minutes until sausage is heated through and slightly crispy.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the potatoes and sausage. Bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
