Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 sandwich rolls or ciabatta buns (toasted)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. In a mixing bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches: layer Caesar-dressed lettuce, sliced chicken, and optional toppings (tomato or bacon) onto toasted rolls.
  6. Drizzle extra Caesar dressing if desired, close the sandwiches, and serve immediately.
