Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C). Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot or skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated in the butter-garlic mixture.
- Slice the chicken and serve over the buttered noodles. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
