Ingredients
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup whipped topping or whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the heat-treated flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Press the cookie dough mixture evenly into the prepared pie crust.
- Top with whipped topping or whipped cream if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
