Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread (crusts removed)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread.
  4. Roll up each slice tightly.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

  8. Cook roll-ups, turning frequently, until golden brown on all sides.
  9. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
