Description
Juicy and flavorful burgers loaded with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and ranch seasoning, known as ‘Crack Burgers’ for their irresistible taste.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 6 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles (for serving)
- Optional toppings: mayonnaise, ketchup, or ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
- Shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Lightly toast burger buns on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns and topping with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and desired condiments.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush patties with melted butter before grilling.
- Use ground turkey or chicken as a leaner alternative.
- Double the cheese for an even cheesier burger.
