Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 6 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, pickles (for serving)
  • Optional toppings: mayonnaise, ketchup, or ranch dressing


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
  2. Shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Lightly toast burger buns on the grill or skillet.
  6. Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns and topping with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and desired condiments.
  7. Serve immediately.
