Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Lightly toast burger buns on the grill or in a skillet.
- Assemble burgers with desired toppings and serve hot.
Notes
- Ground turkey can be substituted for a leaner option.
- For extra cheesy flavor, top patties with an additional slice of cheddar before serving.
