Description

Juicy and flavorful burgers mixed with ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheddar cheese, making them irresistibly delicious and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
  2. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. Lightly toast burger buns on the grill or in a skillet.
  5. Assemble burgers with desired toppings and serve hot.

Notes

  • Ground turkey can be substituted for a leaner option.
