- 2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cream, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Whisk in ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in shredded chicken and half of the crumbled bacon. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer 3 noodles, followed by a third of the chicken mixture, mozzarella, and cheddar.
- Repeat layers twice more, finishing with sauce and remaining cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with remaining bacon and chopped green onions.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Substitute ranch mix with homemade ranch seasoning for a lower-sodium option.
- Can be made ahead — refrigerate and bake before serving.
