Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season sliced chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Season with paprika, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and mix to coat in the sauce.
- Add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated with the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
