A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken, creamy garlic parmesan sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Add cooked pasta and mix until fully coated with sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • You can substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
