Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cheddar and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked chicken and mix to coat in the sauce.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta and stir until fully combined.
  8. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  10. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
