Ingredients
- 250g pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Add cheddar and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and mix to coat in the sauce.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and stir until fully combined.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
