Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and cheese-filled ravioli tossed in a luscious sun-dried tomato cream sauce packed with garlic and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  7. Add cooked chicken slices and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  8. Add cooked ravioli and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
