Ingredients
- 2 cups cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained and chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked chicken slices and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Add cooked ravioli and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
