Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  4. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened and fragrant.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Stir in milk and beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add Velveeta cheese cubes and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  8. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  9. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
