Description

Bite-sized roasted sweet potato cubes that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned to perfection for a delicious appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with a dipping sauce like spicy mayo, ranch, or honey mustard.
  • Air fryer method: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway.
