Description

Tender and flavorful steak bites slow-cooked in a savory garlic butter sauce until perfectly juicy and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steak cubes for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned on the outside.
  4. Transfer the steak bites to the crockpot.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and parsley.
  6. Pour the mixture over the steak bites in the crockpot.
  7. Add the beef broth and gently stir to coat the meat.
  8. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until the steak bites are tender.
  9. Stir once or twice during cooking if possible.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Sirloin works well, but chuck steak can be used for extra tenderness.
  • For added flavor, include sliced mushrooms or onions.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or alongside roasted vegetables.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
