Description

Delicious Pumpkin Brownies combine rich, fudgy chocolate with warm pumpkin spice for the perfect fall dessert. These moist, flavorful brownies feature a beautiful marbled swirl and are ideal for pumpkin lovers and chocolate fans alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix pumpkin puree with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  6. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of the pumpkin mixture over the batter, then top with the remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake and allow them to set while cooling.
  • Add chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
  • These brownies also freeze well for up to 2 months.
