Ingredients

  • 500 g breakfast sausage (beef or chicken, halal)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sausage, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties or sausage balls.
  4. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook sausages for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Ensure sausages are cooked through and cheese is melted inside.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
