Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (optional, for extra texture)
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon zest


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine blueberry pie filling, crushed pineapple, and sour cream (or yogurt). Stir until well mixed.
