Description

Fried S’mores Bombs are indulgent bite-sized treats featuring melted chocolate and gooey marshmallows wrapped in dough, fried until golden brown, and dusted with sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 2 chocolate bars, broken into squares
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
  3. Place one marshmallow and a piece of chocolate in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Wrap dough tightly around filling and pinch seams to seal completely.
  5. Carefully place dough bombs into hot oil, seam-side down.
  6. Fry for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then roll warm bombs in the mixture.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Seal dough completely to prevent leaks while frying.
  • Serve immediately for best gooey texture.
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread can be used instead of chocolate bars.
