Description
Fried S’mores Bombs are indulgent bite-sized treats featuring melted chocolate and gooey marshmallows wrapped in dough, fried until golden brown, and dusted with sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 12 large marshmallows
- 2 chocolate bars, broken into squares
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
- Place one marshmallow and a piece of chocolate in the center of each dough circle.
- Wrap dough tightly around filling and pinch seams to seal completely.
- Carefully place dough bombs into hot oil, seam-side down.
- Fry for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, then roll warm bombs in the mixture.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Seal dough completely to prevent leaks while frying.
- Serve immediately for best gooey texture.
- Chocolate hazelnut spread can be used instead of chocolate bars.
