Description

Irresistible garlic butter cheeseburger rollups made with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese wrapped in soft dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until golden and cheesy.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into rectangles, pressing seams together.
  5. Spoon cooked beef evenly onto each piece of dough.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  7. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
  9. Brush garlic butter generously over each rollup.
  10. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm.

  • Use mozzarella or American cheese for a different flavor.
  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
