Description
Irresistible garlic butter cheeseburger rollups made with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese wrapped in soft dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until golden and cheesy.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Remove from heat.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into rectangles, pressing seams together.
- Spoon cooked beef evenly onto each piece of dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
- Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
- Brush garlic butter generously over each rollup.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use mozzarella or American cheese for a different flavor.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
