Description
Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Mozzarella Rigatoni is a rich and satisfying dish featuring juicy, seared steak bites tossed in garlic butter and served over creamy rigatoni pasta with melted mozzarella.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 300 g rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well, then add Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss gently, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Do not overcook the steak bites to keep them tender.
- You can substitute mozzarella with provolone or fontina cheese.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
