Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Mozzarella Rigatoni is a rich and satisfying dish featuring juicy, seared steak bites tossed in garlic butter and served over creamy rigatoni pasta with melted mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 300 g rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir well, then add Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Return steak bites to the skillet, toss gently, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Do not overcook the steak bites to keep them tender.
  • You can substitute mozzarella with provolone or fontina cheese.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
