Soft and fluffy breadsticks brushed with garlic butter, topped with melted cheese, and baked until golden brown for the ultimate cheesy side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  2. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Brush garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and breadsticks are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and let cool slightly before slicing into sticks.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
