Description

Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are bite-sized stuffed rolls filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, brushed with garlic butter and topped with Parmesan for a savory, crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and some shredded cheese in the center of each dough circle.
  6. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  7. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use mozzarella for extra gooey centers.
  • Serve with ketchup or burger sauce for dipping.
  • These are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
