Description
Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are bite-sized stuffed rolls filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, brushed with garlic butter and topped with Parmesan for a savory, crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef and some shredded cheese in the center of each dough circle.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Use mozzarella for extra gooey centers.
- Serve with ketchup or burger sauce for dipping.
- These are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
