Description

Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs stuffed with juicy garlic-seasoned beef, melted cheese, and wrapped in soft dough — brushed with buttery garlic Parmesan topping for the ultimate appetizer or dinner treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count) or pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Cook until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking apart the meat. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some shredded cheese in the center.
  5. Fold and pinch the dough to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
  7. Brush the tops of each bomb with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Brush with additional garlic butter after baking and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  10. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Can use crescent roll dough or puff pastry instead of biscuit dough for a flakier texture.
  • Stuff with bacon or pickles for a fun variation.
  • Perfect for parties, game day, or quick dinners.
