Creamy and spicy chicken spaghetti tossed in a rich Cajun cream sauce infused with garlic and Parmesan, delivering bold flavor with comforting pasta goodness.
Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Toss chicken slices with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add red pepper flakes and smoked paprika, then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 4–5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet and mix well with the sauce.
- Add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Reduce Cajun seasoning for a milder dish.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
