Creamy and spicy chicken spaghetti tossed in a rich Cajun cream sauce infused with garlic and Parmesan, delivering bold flavor with comforting pasta goodness.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken slices with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Add red pepper flakes and smoked paprika, then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 4–5 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and mix well with the sauce.
  8. Add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • Reduce Cajun seasoning for a milder dish.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
