Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch or Caesar dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in skillet for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken and toss until evenly coated.
- Warm tortillas in a clean skillet or microwave for pliability.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread with ranch or Caesar dressing.
- Add a layer of lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
- Top with garlic Parmesan chicken strips and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Fold tortilla tightly into a wrap, tucking in the sides.
- Heat filled wrap in skillet until cheese melts and tortilla is golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
