Description

Flavor-packed garlic Parmesan chicken wraps with melted cheese, crisp veggies, and a creamy sauce, perfect for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch or Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in skillet for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Warm tortillas in a clean skillet or microwave for pliability.
  6. Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread with ranch or Caesar dressing.
  7. Add a layer of lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
  8. Top with garlic Parmesan chicken strips and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Fold tortilla tightly into a wrap, tucking in the sides.
  10. Heat filled wrap in skillet until cheese melts and tortilla is golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  11. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat or spinach tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Grill the wraps for extra crispiness and flavor.
  • Can substitute mozzarella with provolone or cheddar.
  • Perfect for meal prep—assemble and wrap in foil for later.
