A fun and spooky Halloween pizza topped with mozzarella cheese cut into ghost shapes, chicken, and bell peppers for a festive and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese slices (cut into ghost shapes with a cookie cutter or knife)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced (red, yellow, or green)
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced (for ghost eyes)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Roll out pizza dough into desired shape and place on prepared pan.
- Brush dough lightly with olive oil and spread pizza sauce evenly over the surface.
- Top with shredded chicken and sliced bell peppers.
- Arrange ghost-shaped mozzarella slices on top of the pizza.
- Place small pieces of black olives on the cheese ghosts to create eyes.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, use barbecue chicken instead of plain shredded chicken.
- You can cut cheese into other spooky shapes like bats or pumpkins.
