Description
Juicy chicken skewers marinated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, then grilled to perfection for a flavorful and easy main dish.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, parsley, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from grill and serve warm with extra ranch or a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
- Can be cooked in an air fryer or oven if a grill is not available.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
- Use chicken thighs for juicier skewers.
