Description

Juicy chicken skewers marinated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, then grilled to perfection for a flavorful and easy main dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, parsley, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
  6. Remove from grill and serve warm with extra ranch or a squeeze of lemon.

Notes

  • Can be cooked in an air fryer or oven if a grill is not available.
  • Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
  • Use chicken thighs for juicier skewers.
