Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the beef and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in butter, heavy cream, and beef broth. Simmer until sauce begins to thicken, about 5 minutes.
- Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan, stirring until melted into the sauce.
- Season with paprika, black pepper, and salt to taste.
- Add cooked pasta, tossing to coat in the cheesy Alfredo sauce.
- Top with crumbled bacon and garnish with green onions.
- Serve warm with extra cheese if desired.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the beef.
