  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  2. Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and chopped peanuts.
  6. Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon portions and place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  8. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
