Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Spread ranch dressing evenly over each piece of chicken.
  6. Top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  7. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
  8. Sprinkle the parmesan crust mixture over the chicken.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  10. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  11. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Pound chicken to even thickness for uniform cooking.
  • Use freshly grated parmesan for better texture and flavor.
