Description
Louisiana Voodoo Fries are crispy golden fries tossed in bold Cajun spices and topped with creamy cheese sauce, zesty ranch, and green onions for an indulgent Southern-style snack.
Ingredients
- 800 g frozen or fresh French fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
- 0.5 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Toss fries with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread fries evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Remove fries from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.
- Drizzle hot fries with warm cheddar cheese sauce.
- Top with ranch dressing.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
- Air fryer fries work well for extra crispiness.
