Description

Louisiana Voodoo Fries are crispy golden fries tossed in bold Cajun spices and topped with creamy cheese sauce, zesty ranch, and green onions for an indulgent Southern-style snack.


Ingredients

  • 800 g frozen or fresh French fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Toss fries with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread fries evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden.
  5. Remove fries from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.
  6. Drizzle hot fries with warm cheddar cheese sauce.
  7. Top with ranch dressing.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

  • Adjust cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
