A rich and indulgent no-bake dessert featuring a chocolate cookie crust and a creamy German chocolate–style filling with coconut and pecans.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate pudding mix (instant)
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the filling mixture.
- Stir in shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
- Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set before serving.

- Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
- You can use a store-bought chocolate crust to save time.
