Description

A rich and indulgent no-bake Twix cheesecake with a buttery cookie crust, creamy caramel-infused filling, and a chocolate topping reminiscent of the classic candy bar.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Twix bars
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (for chocolate topping)
  • Additional Twix pieces for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until fully combined. Press into a springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and caramel sauce; beat until fluffy and thick.
  4. Fold in chopped Twix bars gently.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 2 tbsp heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate topping over the cheesecake and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
  9. Garnish with additional Twix pieces before serving.
