Description
A rich and indulgent no-bake Twix cheesecake with a buttery cookie crust, creamy caramel-infused filling, and a chocolate topping reminiscent of the classic candy bar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Twix bars
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (for chocolate topping)
- Additional Twix pieces for garnish
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until fully combined. Press into a springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and caramel sauce; beat until fluffy and thick.
- Fold in chopped Twix bars gently.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 2 tbsp heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate topping over the cheesecake and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
- Garnish with additional Twix pieces before serving.
Notes
- Chill overnight for best texture.
- Shortbread cookies give a more authentic Twix flavor than graham crackers.
