Description

A rich and creamy garlic pasta made in just one pot, perfect for a quick and comforting dinner with minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer.
  3. Add pasta and stir to separate. Cook uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and liquid is mostly absorbed.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Simmer for another 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens to desired consistency.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
