Description
One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli is a rich and satisfying dish that combines tender seared steak bites with cheesy ravioli tossed in a garlic butter sauce. All cooked in one skillet, this meal is easy, indulgent, and perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, then return cooked ravioli and steak bites to the skillet. Toss until well coated in garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use lobster or spinach ravioli for a gourmet variation.
- For extra richness, add a splash of cream or white wine to the garlic butter sauce.
