Description

One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli is a rich and satisfying dish that combines tender seared steak bites with cheesy ravioli tossed in a garlic butter sauce. All cooked in one skillet, this meal is easy, indulgent, and perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, then return cooked ravioli and steak bites to the skillet. Toss until well coated in garlic butter.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

  • Use lobster or spinach ravioli for a gourmet variation.
  • For extra richness, add a splash of cream or white wine to the garlic butter sauce.
