Description

Golden, crispy oven-baked potatoes coated in Parmesan cheese and seasonings, making a perfect side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again until well coated.
  4. Arrange potatoes cut side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway if desired, until potatoes are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
