Description

Cheesy breadsticks stuffed with tender Philly cheesesteak filling, combining seasoned beef, sautéed peppers and onions, and melted cheese inside soft, golden dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 8 oz ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: marinara or cheese sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until just browned, then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic until softened. Return steak to skillet, stir, and remove from heat.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Spread the steak and vegetable mixture evenly over half of the dough. Top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
  6. Fold dough over filling and press edges to seal. Cut into breadstick-sized strips.
  7. Arrange breadsticks on prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Cool slightly before serving with dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Freeze steak briefly before slicing for thinner cuts.
  • You can substitute sirloin if ribeye is unavailable.
  • Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
