Ingredients

  • 500 g beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add sliced beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.

  8. Season with black pepper and salt if needed.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Notes
