Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- Mini holiday figurines (edible or decorative)
- Clear plastic dome covers
- Edible white sprinkles or shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into mini silicone molds to form the crust.
- Chill the crusts in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in melted white chocolate until fully combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crusts and smooth the tops.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Unmold the cheesecake bites and place a mini figurine on top of each.
- Sprinkle edible white sprinkles or coconut around the figurine.
- Cover each bite with a clear dome to create the snow globe effect.
