Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup dry sugar cookie mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
- Additional sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in sugar cookie mix, vanilla extract, and salt until fully blended.
- Fold in half of the holiday sprinkles.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle remaining sprinkles generously over the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment sling and cut into squares.
