Spaghetti Tacos with Ground Beef are a fun and hearty fusion dish combining seasoned ground beef spaghetti stuffed into crunchy taco shells, perfect for family dinners or playful meals.


Ingredients

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 hard taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or basil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
  5. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  8. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  9. Fill each taco shell with the spaghetti mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  10. Garnish with parsley or basil and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • You can use ground turkey instead of beef if preferred.
  • Serve immediately to keep the taco shells crunchy.
